King Tester is a small industrial manufacturer of metal testing equipment. In 2018 they hired an overseas company to create a bare-bones website for a very economical price. The site, designed using WordPress, was functional but had no competitive presence on Google. Because their organic search results were so poor, King Tester hired an Adword management company to create a Google paid program. Their monthly Adword program was a significant investment for a small company.
In January 2019, I was engaged by King Tester to improve the organic search engine results for their website. Creating a new site was not an option. Utilizing my 20 years of SEO and writing experience, I reworked the backend of their website. Within 5 months, King Tester was ranked number one organically for their top keywords and company name. Their organic results for secondary keywords were all on page one. This gave King Tester the ability to significantly reduce the cost of their paid Adword program.

LAS is a distributor of green technologies. Its headquarters is in Phoenixville, PA but their area of distribution is in Zambia and other areas in Africa. The site was built as a sales tool for their Zambian sales force. Special considerations were made in several areas because of the intended use:
- The site is primarily viewed on older mobile devices, therefore, side navigation, small images and a simple design are key to the site's usefulness.
- The site is written with an easy to understand vocabulary.
- The site is exceptionally easy to maintain. This is critical because LAS is a distributor of many product lines. Manufacturers often change specifications that need to be updated on the site.

Gateway Underwriters Agency, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a professional wholesale insurance agency. Simco, an ITW company, manufactures static control products for industrial and cleanroom applications. These seemingly different companies have two things in common, both are Fortune 250 companies and both had similar needs for their websites:
- Easy to navigate
- Business-to-business
- An online catalog of their services and products.
Both sites were created in Adobe Dreamweaver.
I created these images at USLI for internal and external emails. With the rise of image-centric social networks, images have become paramount in engaging with your audience. According to Pinpointe:

- Sixty-five percent of users prefer emails to contain mostly images, compared to 35% who prefer text.
- More than half of all Americans (65%) are visual learners.
